The choir of Sutter Church in 2008 was made up of seventeen members who faithfully rehearsed each Wednesday night from September through May, and who sang for all Sunday morning services throughout the year.  In addition, we sang for several special services:

Tenebrae Service                                                                                                               Thanksgiving                                                                                                                            Christmas Eve 

Memorial services for three beloved members of our congregation:                                     Orrilla Boswell                                                                                                                             Hardy Caffey                                                                                                                                   Jessie McDearmon 

We presented two choir concerts:                                                                                               Easter concert – "Alleluia"                                                                                                       Christmas concert – "The Star from Jacob" 

            Our music was often enhanced by the violin playing of Lauren Wineinger, and with narration by Nathan Wineinger and Gilly Thompson.
